The Solaris 10: Ten Moves Ahead of the Competition course provides students with an overview of distinguishing features of Solaris 10. This course combines high-level value proposition and introductory technical information to illustrate the advantages of using Solaris 10 OS.

Get access to web-based training on selected Sun products and technologies as well as to Sun engineering webcasts.

Designed to answer questions on topics and technologies that are most common to startup companies, these selected forums present chat-with-expert opportunities, where Sun experts will discuss technologies, products, industry trends and general business issues.

Standard Service Offerings
Startup Essentials customers have a number of standard Sun service plans available to them. All Startup Essentials products are eligible for standard systems and storage service.

Systems—Sun Startup Essentials program members may purchase Sun System Packs for the Sun Fire x4500, Sun Fire x4600, Sun Fire T1000, and Sun Fire T2000 at standard pricing, entitling them to integrated support for the hardware and the OS. In addition, customers may purchase Software Service Plans and Developer Service Plans for software support not covered in a Sun System Pack. Customers may also purchase Service Plans for Systems.

Storage—Sun Startup Essentials program members may purchase advanced support offerings for Sun StorageTek products.
